There are two very different things inside Black triangle (tk x 88g13 hash plant) clone. Triangle Kush, the Florida clone often credited with giving OG Kush its origin, named for the triangle of Jacksonville, Miami and Tampa. And 88g13 Hash Plant, the hash-plant male that carries old character into modern crosses without flattening them. Bodhi's whole method is the choice of father. A male gets tested across many mothers before it earns a name, and what it does to each one is the actual product.

Triangle Kush sits on the seed side here, 88g13 Hash Plant on the pollen side. If you have seen these two names paired the other way round, that is a different pack and not this one.

Genetic Lineage

• Mother: Triangle Kush. The Florida clone often credited with giving OG Kush its origin, named for the triangle of Jacksonville, Miami and Tampa. Lighter on the pine and cleaner-fluid terpenes than its reputation suggests, which is why breeders pair it with louder cuts; Humboldt CSI's 5150 is their pick out of a large Triangle Kush S1 population.
• Father: 88g13 Hash Plant. The hash-plant father Bodhi run over old material. Its own cross is given as G13 crossed to a Hash Plant and Northern Lights #1 line. It was bred by NDNguy from stock Neville Schoenmaker gave him, which is most of why it carries the reputation it does.
• Why it is worth a pack rather than a look. The two sides are far enough apart that seedlings genuinely differ. That range is the product.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

The two halves stack rather than blend, which is the whole reason to run it.

• The Aroma. OG earth and pine, held back rather than shouted from the Triangle Kush side, against rubber, skunk and hash, and none of it subtle from the 88g13 Hash Plant side.
• The Taste. OG-weighted pine and earth that cleans up towards the end up front, turning to hash and rubber over whatever the mother contributed through the exhale.

How the two sides differ

• They are not on the same clock. Triangle Kush runs eight to nine weeks, reported sixty-three to seventy-seven days with most growers near seventy; 88g13 Hash Plant runs quick, on many of its offspring - it is one of the reasons the male gets used. Across a pack that gap shows up as plants finishing days or weeks apart.
• Where the nose comes from. One side gives classic OG earth and pine, noticeably restrained rather than loud; the other gives burnt rubber, skunk and hash - loud, but it does not bury what the mother brings. Plants landing in the middle are the keepers.
• Two frames in one pack. Triangle Kush is stocky and bushy at moderate indoor height, up to two metres outdoors; vegs vigorously and throws heavy foliage; takes trimming, defoliation and lollipopping well; dense bright green flower under heavy resin. 88g13 Hash Plant is it puts branch strength into its offspring, and many of its crosses finish quickly. Bodhi advise a longer veg with it. Decide which suits your room before you flip, because you get both.
• They pull differently. Growers put Triangle Kush at the potent, focused end of the OG family and 88g13 Hash Plant at the resin and the weight the hash-plant family is kept for. Which end a plant lands on is the main variable.

Cultivation and Growth Traits

• Plant Structure. The two parents disagree here, so plan for range. Triangle Kush is a big, leafy, vigorous grower - bushy indoors, capable of two metres outside - that responds to being worked: trim it, defoliate it, lollipop it, and the bright green flower underneath comes in dense and greasy. 88g13 Hash Plant is it puts branch strength into its offspring, and many of its crosses finish quickly. Bodhi advise a longer veg with it.
• Veg and stretch. Set the frame while it is cheap to do. Anything you fix after the flip costs you flower sites.
• Flowering Time. The parents are not on the same clock.
