Genetic Lineage

• Mother: Purple Urkle. A Mendocino Purps selection pulled out of the Emerald Triangle around 1990. Dense purple flower in a closed canopy is where mould starts.
• Father: candy fumez. Part of the working collection rather than the product range, so the plants are the only real account of it.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

• The Aroma. Grape and berry with a musky, skunky floor under it.
• The Taste. Dark fruit up front, musk and earth behind it.

Cultivation and Growth Traits

• Plant Structure. Compact and indica-built; deep purple colour hardest where night temperatures drop late.
• Vegetative Phase and Training. Open the middle out early. Light reaching the lower sites is worth more than any late correction.
• Flowering Time. Purple Urkle runs around eight weeks indoors, inside a seven to nine week window. Start checking trichomes a week before you expect to be ready.

Effects and Experience

• The Mind. Growers describe Purple Urkle as settled and unhurried; the heavy, physical end.
