Headband 56 x F1 Durbs puts Loompa's Headband over F1 Durb. One is the Loompa Farms selection, also called Underdawg OG; the other is a clone-only Durban selection, and CSI's work with it came from Cookie Monster's cut. Two very different plants, and the point of the cross is what sits between them. Both parents here are cuts CSI keep in their own room. That is the whole difference between this and a seed line named after the same strains.

The number in Headband 56 is a specific plant, not a decoration. Humboldt CSI grow a population out, keep the individuals worth keeping and number them, so Headband 56 is one identified selection rather than Headband in general. A pack naming a different number is a different mother.

Loompa's Headband sits on the seed side here, F1 Durb on the pollen side. If you have seen these two names paired the other way round, that is a different pack and not this one.

Genetic Lineage

• Mother: Loompa's Headband. The Loompa Farms selection, also called Underdawg OG. It traces back to OG Kush x Sour Diesel, roughly sixty-forty indica.
• Father: F1 Durb. A clone-only Durban selection, and CSI's work with it came from Cookie Monster's cut. Parentage: a Durban line. CSI describe Cookie Monster's cut as reputedly one of the last keepers of the F1 Durb clone, and say the reversal produced very few seeds, which is why these releases are limited.
• Why it is worth a pack rather than a look. The two sides are far enough apart that seedlings genuinely differ. That range is the product.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

• The Aroma. Rich earth, pine and citrus over a trace of fuel, with a spiced lemony diesel running through it.
• The Taste. Lemon and diesel turning to dank kush and earthy herbs with a spiced finish.

Cultivation and Growth Traits

• Plant Structure. Indica-leaning, at the more manageable end of the OG family.
