Krylon (RS11 x Fiddle Faddle) brings RS11 together with Fiddle Faddle. The first is RS11 - the Rainbow Sherbert selection that made the line's name; the second, Gelatti crossed to Lurch. Two lines that were never going to produce a quiet plant. The Breath side is doing predictable work here; the interest is in what it was crossed to.

Order matters in a cross name. In Krylon (RS11 x Fiddle Faddle) the RS11 side supplied the seed and Fiddle Faddle the pollen, and the reciprocal - the same two plants the other way round - is a separate breeding decision with its own results.

Genetic Lineage

• Mother: RS11. Rainbow Sherbert #11, out of the Doja Pak circle. Built from accounts differ - some give Pink Guava crossed to OZ Kush, while a Doja Pak interview adds Black Sherb to that. Bred by Deep East and grown by Wizard Trees, released through Doja Pak. The whole Rainbow Sherbert line came out of a single pack of OZ Kush seed from Dying Breed, worked through its phenotypes.
• Father: Fiddle Faddle. Gelatti crossed to Lurch. Its own cross is given as Gelatti x Lurch; Gelatti is Gelato over Biscotti, and Lurch is the Mendo Montage cut. The two halves are doing opposite jobs. Gelatti brings polished Cookies-family gas and cream; Lurch brings the deep greasy funk Thug Pug are known for. It is sold as regular seed, which is why it has become a parent in other people's work as well as their own.
• What to expect across a pack. Two distinct parents means real variation in frame, finish and nose. Select early and take cuttings off anything you would want again.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

Neither parent is subtle, and the cross has nowhere quiet to go.

• The Aroma. Cherry and berry with pine and earth behind it from the RS11 side, against cream and gas from Gelatti against Lurch's deep funk from the Fiddle Faddle side.
• The Taste. Berry and cherry over an earthy base up front, turning to creamy and sweet with a funky, greasy finish through the exhale.

How the two sides differ

• They are not on the same clock. RS11 runs around sixty-three days; Fiddle Faddle runs about sixty-three to seventy days. Across a pack that gap shows up as plants finishing days or weeks apart.
• The smell is a negotiation. Cherry and berry with pine and earth behind it on one side against cream and gas from Gelatti against Lurch's deep funk on the other. Neither wins outright in every seedling.
• Build. On the RS11 side: indica-dominant. On the Fiddle Faddle side: regular seed, and it throws both a Cookies-polished side and a greasy Mendo Montage side depending on the plant. Select early rather than trying to train your way out of it.
• They pull differently. Growers put RS11 at weighted; limonene, caryophyllene and myrcene lead its terpene profile and Fiddle Faddle at weighted, with the Mendo Montage side doing most of it. Which end a plant lands on is the main variable.

Cultivation and Growth Traits
