There are two very different things inside Lemon Tree x Triangle Kush. Lemon Tree: Lemon Skunk crossed to Sour Diesel, made in the early 2000s around Santa Cruz out of a large phenotype hunt. And Triangle Kush, the Florida cut that sits at the root of the OG family and has fathered more of the modern index than almost anything else. What CSI sell is access to their clone collection in seed form. The parents are the cuts themselves, not a line bred to resemble them.

Lemon Tree sits on the seed side here, Triangle Kush on the pollen side. If you have seen these two names paired the other way round, that is a different pack and not this one.

Genetic Lineage

• Mother: Lemon Tree. Lemon Skunk over Sour Diesel, selected out of a large hunt in the Santa Cruz mountains. Its own cross is Lemon Skunk x Sour Diesel.
• Father: Triangle Kush. The Florida cut behind a great deal of the OG family. Lighter on the pine and cleaner-fluid terpenes than its reputation suggests, which is why breeders pair it with louder cuts; Humboldt CSI's 5150 is their pick out of a large Triangle Kush S1 population.
• Why these two. They are not variations on the same idea. They pull in different directions, and that spread is what makes a pack worth hunting through rather than just growing.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

Expect the profile to move plant to plant rather than settle.

• The Aroma. Sharp lemon and citrus over a fuel base from the Lemon Tree side, against OG earth and pine, held back rather than shouted from the Triangle Kush side.
• The Taste. Zesty and sour turning heavier and more diesel-driven up front, turning to OG-weighted pine and earth that cleans up towards the end through the exhale.

How the two sides differ

• Two different harvest dates. Eight to ten weeks for Lemon Tree, eight to nine weeks, reported sixty-three to seventy-seven days with most growers near seventy for Triangle Kush. Judge each plant on trichomes rather than pulling the room together.
• Two noses, one pack. Lemon Tree contributes sharp lemon and citrus over a fuel base. Triangle Kush contributes classic OG earth and pine, noticeably restrained rather than loud. Which dominates is the main thing that varies.
• Two frames in one pack. Lemon Tree is medium height, around ninety to a hundred centimetres indoors. Triangle Kush is stocky and bushy at moderate indoor height, up to two metres outdoors; vegs vigorously and throws heavy foliage; takes trimming, defoliation and lollipopping well; dense bright green flower under heavy resin. Decide which suits your room before you flip, because you get both.
• Opposite ends. Lemon Tree is reported as bright and uplifting rather than heavy; Triangle Kush as the potent, focused end of the OG family. The cross sits somewhere between and moves plant to plant.

Cultivation and Growth Traits

• Plant Structure. The two parents disagree here, so plan for range. Lemon Tree is medium height, around ninety to a hundred centimetres indoors. Triangle Kush is a vigorous, leafy grower that fills a tent fast and takes hard training - the flower underneath comes in dense and greasy once you open it up.
• Training. Worth the effort early - it is the difference between an even canopy and three colas and a lot of leaf.
• Flowering Time. The parents are not on the same clock. Lemon Tree runs eight to ten weeks, Triangle Kush eight to nine weeks, reported sixty-three to seventy-seven days with most growers near seventy. Judge each plant on trichomes rather than pulling the room together.

• The Mind. Growers describe Lemon Tree as bright and uplifting rather than heavy.
