RS11 Clone (Pink Guava x OZK) is Guava - the tropical end of the Gelato family - crossed with OZK, about which nothing has been published. That asymmetry is normal here and it is not a warning.
Genetic Lineage
- Mother: Guava. The tropical end of the Gelato family. What it actually is depends who you ask. Cookies Fam call this Gelato phenotype Guava; Sherbinski calls the same plant Guava Gelato. Flavour Chasers and Garden of Green describe something else entirely - a Stardawg and Afghani cross - and a fourth account has Guava as a Stardawg phenotype. The Gelato reading is the common one, but the name is doing more than one job. Myrcene, linalool and alpha-humulene lead its terpene profile.
- Father: OZK. A working cut rather than a catalogue strain. The plants are the only real account of it.
Flavor and Aroma Profile
- The Aroma. Creamy tropical fruit with pina colada and a hop note through it.
- The Taste. Guava and cream, tropical rather than sweet-shop.
Cultivation and Growth Traits
- Plant Structure. A Gelato-type plant, and one of the fruitier ones.
- Veg and stretch. Set the frame while it is cheap to do. Anything you fix after the flip costs you flower sites.
- Flowering Time. Guava runs seven to eight weeks indoors, nine outdoors. Start checking trichomes a week before you expect to be ready.
Effects and Experience
- The Mind. Growers describe Guava as the balanced Gelato character.
- The Body. Reported in line with that. This is not a plant described as pulling in two directions.
