Flavor and Aroma Profile

The two halves stack rather than blend, which is the whole reason to run it.

• The Aroma. Aggressively chemical and pungent with greasy resin from the Sour Diesel side, against roasted coffee, dark cocoa and old-school hash with a woody edge from the Bubba Kush side.
• The Taste. Solvent and sour, greasy up front, turning to spiced earth and coffee bean, finishing hashy and thick through the exhale.

How the two sides differ

• What to budget. The documented side, Sour Diesel, runs ten to eleven weeks, with faster plants nearer sixty-seven days. Set the room to that and let the plants correct you.
• The smell is a negotiation. Aggressively chemical and pungent with greasy resin on one side against roasted coffee, dark cocoa and old-school hash with a woody edge on the other. Neither wins outright in every seedling.
• Build. On the Sour Diesel side: tall and lanky with wide internodal spacing, heavy early stretch, rated moderately challenging. On the Bubba Kush side: short to medium and stocky, broad deep-green leaves, tight internodes, modest 1.2 to 1.5 times stretch; golf-ball to cola-sized buds with thick calyces and heavy resin, forest green through to plum. Select early rather than trying to train your way out of it.
