Two different plants carry this name. Reservoir Seeds made Sour Diesel crossed to Strawberry Cough. The version that circulates most widely through dispensaries runs Strawberry Cough to NYC Diesel instead - a diesel with grapefruit and lime in it rather than straight fuel, which shows up as a brighter, more citric top note over the same strawberry. Strawberry Cough is the mother on both sides of that split, and it is where the fruit comes from either way. This is offered as the cut it is, judged on the plant.

Strawberry Cough sits on the seed side here, Sour Diesel on the pollen side. If you have seen these two names paired the other way round, that is a different pack and not this one.
