Sweet Pink Bubblegum 2.0 is CSI Humboldt's second pass at Sweet 16 x Bubblegum in feminized seed form. Sweet 16 is CSI's own favourite selection out of 180 Pinks N Purps plants, all candied fruit and muscadine grape rock candy, and here it meets the Indiana Bubblegum, the clone-only classic behind the sweetest pink bubblegum terps in the game.

This is a candy cross from two candy parents. Sweet 16 brings the candied-fruit punch CSI has chased through the Pinks N Purps line (Mendo Purps x Killer Queen, into a Hawaiian line, later crossed to Afghani #1); Bubblegum brings the unmistakable pink bubblegum sweetness. 2.0 means CSI thought the pairing was worth a second run.

Genetic Lineage

• Mother and Father: Sweet 16 x Bubblegum. Sweet 16 is CSI Humboldt's selection out of 180 Pinks N Purps plants; Bubblegum is the Indiana Bubblegum clone-only classic.
• The Pinks N Purps backstory. Pinks N Purps started as Mendo Purps x Killer Queen, was taken into a Hawaiian line, and was later crossed to Afghani #1. Sweet 16 is CSI's favourite selection from 180 plants of that line.
• Why feminized. Reversing the pollen donor keeps every seed female, so the whole pack grows out as budding plants with no males to hunt.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

• The Aroma. Candied fruit and muscadine grape rock candy over pink bubblegum. Candy on candy.
• The Taste. Sweet pink bubblegum up front, candied grape underneath.

Cultivation and Growth Traits

• Plant Structure. Sweet 16 is mostly indica; expect compact, sturdy plants with dense, resinous flowers.
• Vegetative Phase. Top or train early to set the structure before flip.
• Flowering Time. Sweet 16 runs around sixty days in CSI's own documentation, but this cross is new enough that its flowering window is not settled yet; start checking trichomes early.

Effects and Experience

• The Mind. Sweet 16 is described as candied and relaxing; Bubblegum is described as sweet and content. Settled smoke reports for the cross are still coming in.
• The Body. Expect the heavy-but-happy middle ground of two candy parents rather than either extreme.
