Neither is a filler parent, which is why this pairing is worth a pack rather than a look. What CSI sell is access to their clone collection in seed form. Zkittlez sits on the seed side here, Chem 91 on the pollen side. If you have seen these two names paired the other way round, that is a different pack and not this one.

• Father: Chem 91. The SKVA cut - the original Chemdog '91 and the clone the family takes its name from. Built from one of thirteen seeds from a bag bought at a Grateful Dead show in 1991. Skunk VA was given a cut in 1995 and has held it since, which is why the line survives.
• What the cross is reaching for. One side brings the structure and the other brings the nose. The plants worth keeping out of a pack are the ones that hold both rather than picking a side.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

Two distinct smells, and a pack will give you both plus everything between.

• The Aroma. Sweet tropical fruit - the candy nose the name promises from the Zkittlez side, against heavy diesel and soil with a thin pine and citrus line at the back from the Chem 91 side.
• The Taste. Mixed fruit sweets up front, turning to greasy and mouth-coating, fuel then earth and pine, finishing sour through the exhale.

Where the parents disagree

• Timing splits the pack. One parent wants eight to nine weeks indoors, reported elsewhere at nine to ten, the other sixty-three to seventy days. Expect the fast plants down well before the slow ones are ready.
• The smell is a negotiation. A sharp tropical medley of sweet citrus candy and sour berries with a soft herbal undertone on one side against pungent turned earth and diesel with pine and citrus behind it on the other. Neither wins outright in every seedling.
• Structure varies hard here. Compact with tight internodes and thick fan leaves; glassy buds under a wet-looking frost from one parent; loose and open rather than compact, moderate to heavy stretch, branches that soften under weight late from the other. Plan the canopy for the taller outcome.
• They pull differently. Growers put Zkittlez at even and settled; indica-leaning and Chem 91 at alert and head-forward, sativa-leaning rather than heavy. Which end a plant lands on is the main variable.

Cultivation and Growth Traits

• Plant Structure. The two parents disagree here, so plan for range. Zkittlez is medium and bushy, easy enough to manage. Chem 91 is loose and open rather than compact, moderate to heavy stretch, branches that soften under weight late.
• Veg and stretch. Set the frame while it is cheap to do. Anything you fix after the flip costs you flower sites.
• Flowering Time. The parents are not on the same clock. Zkittlez runs eight to nine weeks indoors, reported elsewhere at nine to ten, Chem 91 sixty-three to seventy days. Judge each plant on trichomes rather than pulling the room together.
