And Runtz, the candy plant the whole modern sweet-flavour category was built on. Every parent CSI use is a cut they keep alive themselves, so nothing in this pack is a reconstruction of a famous name.

Order matters in a cross name. In Zkittlez x Ruthless Runtz the Zkittlez side supplied the seed and Runtz the pollen, and the reciprocal - the same two plants the other way round - is a separate breeding decision with its own results.

Genetic Lineage

• Father: Runtz. Zkittlez crossed to Gelato #33, and the plant that defined the modern candy category. Built from Zkittlez x Gelato #33. Rated intermediate and sensitive to humidity swings and temperature stress - keep the room steady.
• What to expect across a pack. Two distinct parents means real variation in frame, finish and nose. Select early and take cuttings off anything you would want again.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

Two profiles that stay distinguishable rather than collapsing into one.

• The Aroma. A sharp tropical medley of sweet citrus candy and sour berries with a soft herbal undertone from the Zkittlez side, against fruit sweets and sour berry on cream, with pepper and gas at the back from the Runtz side.
• The Taste. Tropical candy and berry up front, turning to candied berry with cream behind it and a faint fuel edge through the exhale.

Where the parents disagree

• Two different harvest dates. Eight to nine weeks indoors, reported elsewhere at nine to ten for Zkittlez, eight to nine weeks, with fast plants at fifty-five to sixty days for Runtz. Judge each plant on trichomes rather than pulling the room together.
• Where the nose comes from. One side gives a sharp tropical medley of sweet citrus candy and sour berries with a soft herbal undertone; the other gives sugary fruit and sour berry over creamy vanilla, closing on a peppery gas note. Plants landing in the middle are the keepers.
• Structure varies hard here. Compact with tight internodes and thick fan leaves; glassy buds under a wet-looking frost from one parent; manageable medium height with sturdy lateral branching; dense buds under a serious frost, deep greens and purples from the other. Plan the canopy for the taller outcome.
• They pull differently. Growers put Zkittlez at even and settled; indica-leaning and Runtz at balanced and even. Which end a plant lands on is the main variable.

Cultivation and Growth Traits

• Plant Structure. The two parents disagree here, so plan for range. Zkittlez is medium and bushy, easy enough to manage. Runtz is medium and well-behaved, strong side branches, dense flower under heavy frost with green and purple through it.
• Veg and stretch. Set the frame while it is cheap to do. Anything you fix after the flip costs you flower sites.
