Over The Moon Kush (Headband x Blue Power) puts Loompa's Headband over Blue Power. One is the Loompa Farms selection, also called Underdawg OG; the other is Blue Power - the plant Sin City have leaned on for over a decade. Two very different plants, and the point of the cross is what sits between them. That is the Sin City method: take something new and worth having, and put it over a plant they have already proven across dozens of crosses.

Written this way, Loompa's Headband is the mother and Blue Power the pollen donor. Reversing a cross is not a formality; which plant carries the seed shapes what comes out of the pack.

Genetic Lineage

• Mother: Loompa's Headband. The Loompa Farms selection, also called Underdawg OG. Parentage: OG Kush x Sour Diesel, roughly sixty-forty indica.
• Father: Blue Power. Sin City's flagship, and the male behind most of what they have released since. It traces back to a Power clone crossed to a White Moonshine male in 2010; the Power side is given as Sour Double x Master Kush, and White Moonshine as The White x Blue Moonshine. The mother was bought simply as Power from Progressive Options, a Prop 215 shop in the San Fernando Valley that dealt in elite cuts, and a persistent rumour says it was really the cup-winning Sour Dubb. Nobody has settled that.
• The point of the pairing. Neither parent needed rescuing. Putting them together is about what sits between them, not about fixing either one.

Flavor and Aroma Profile

Expect the profile to move plant to plant rather than settle.

• The Aroma. Earthy and piney with citrus, a little fuel underneath, and a spiced lemon-diesel note over the whole thing from the Loompa's Headband side, against sweet kush and sour diesel with creamy blueberry and vanilla behind it from the Blue Power side.
• The Taste. Diesel and lemon into herbal kush earth, closing spiced up front, turning to berry and lemon over an earthy close through the exhale.

• Two noses, one pack. Loompa's Headband contributes rich earth with pine and citrus over a hint of fuel, and a spicy lemony diesel note across all of it. Blue Power contributes sweet kush and sour diesel with creamy blueberry and vanilla behind it. Which dominates is the main thing that varies.
