Ordering and shipping

  • How long before my order ships? Allow 5 to 10 business days for processing. We are a small operation and we pack our own orders.
  • How does it ship? USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is emailed to you once the package is sent.
  • What does shipping cost? A $10 flat rate on all US orders.
  • Can I get a signature required on delivery? Yes. On orders over $200, tell us and we will add signature required delivery at no extra cost.
  • What if my package goes missing? Once tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. That is why signature required is worth asking for on a larger order.
  • Where do you ship? The USA, to growers 21 and over.

Returns and guarantees

  • Can I return something? Any unopened, unused product may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • What if seeds do not come up? We are not responsible for seeds that fail to germinate, thrive or herm. Take pictures and fill out the return form, and we will work out what went wrong and contact the breeder to see whether a replacement is available.
  • What about clones? Send us pictures when the clone arrives. We do not guarantee clones past that seven day window.
  • Do you guarantee potency or yield? No. We cannot guarantee the potency, quality or yield of any strain, and neither can anyone else honestly.
  • What if a plant throws both sexes? We are not responsible for dual sex expressions in any seed we carry. It happens, and it is worth knowing before you commit a tent to a pack.
  • Are all sales final? Yes, outside the 7 day unopened return window above.

About the stock

  • Are these genuine packs? Yes. We buy direct from the breeder rather than through a middleman, so what arrives is the pack they packed. Authentic cuts and packs, not knockoffs or mystery stock.
  • How do you decide what to carry? One test: would we grow it ourselves? We only carry breeders whose genetics we have grown and trust.
  • Who am I dealing with? A small operation with 25 years of hands-on experience, not a warehouse and not a ticket system. If something goes wrong you are talking to someone who knows your order.

The legal part

  • What are the seeds sold as? Souvenir and collection purposes only.
  • What if I germinate them? Check that you are in accordance with all local laws first. We are not responsible for any unlawful activity resulting from germinating collectible seeds.
  • How old do I have to be? 21 and over.
